Working with Chance as a first time home buyer was an excellent experience. He explained all processes in great detail to assure I understood everything with confidence. He informed me about all the neighborhoods I was interested in and if they had any HOA's. He rarely missed my phone calls and if he did he called me back immediately. He gave excellent advice on a lender and a home inspector to help me make my home owner dream come true. If I ever need to buy another house or have family and friends that are looking to buy, I would use and recommend Chance every time. He is the best!

We worked both long distance from MN and in person in MT with Chance (who had been referred to us by a lawyer in the Flathead Valley of MT). What a delightful experience! After establishing our parameters and priorities, Chance continually provided us a selection of available homes to review while in MT, making fine use of our available time. While our home was on the market in MN, Chance checked in frequently. We were all over the internet real estate sites. As our MN home had a serious buyer, we joined Chance in MT for a tour of his best picks for us. Touring us in his sparkling vehicle, we learned much about each section of Kalispell, each neighborhood, and even the traffic patterns including news of the coming highway bypasses - important! Soon the perfect property came on the market and we headed from MN to MT while Chance made all the arrangements with the seller's Realtor. Not a "slam-dunk" process as the seller became a bit difficult - yet Chance professionally navigated the waters and resolved all issues -- patience, personality, and pride in his work resulted in a clean sale. The right negotiated price! A great experience. To this day, we delight in seeing Chance when out and about.
